Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return regular priced items to us! Items purchased as part of a gift card promotion (e.g., “Buy a specific item, receive a gift card by email”) may only be returned or exchanged for store credit.

To return an item, ensure it is fully packaged by the manufacturer, unused, and in new/original condition. Have any questions? Email us at support@bedroomdoc.com.

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted:

·Product with clear signs of wear

·Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons beyond our fault. Depending on condition, a 15-20% restocking fee will apply

There are certain situations where no refunds will be given and all sales are final:

·“Open Items” – previously returned product or product without original packaging. May show signs of wear.

·Remaining stock

·Items that link to all sales transactions on their product page

Any defects/missing parts of a product should be addressed through the manufacturer’s warranty department. This would not allow a return/exchange. You are our customer and we will act as your advocate. Therefore, please notify us immediately and forward the confirmation email after submitting your warranty claim to support@bedroomdoc.com so that we can assist you in processing your claim.

If a product is backordered due to a holiday or shipping time is extended, the 30-day return period may be adjusted to accommodate the extended shipping time

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 1-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

·If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

·Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

·Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time for a refund to be posted.

·If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bedroomdoc.com.

Exchange (if applicable)

Please see the size charts provided or consult us before purchasing if you are unsure which size to order. If you need to exchange the purchased item for the same item, email us at support@bedroomdoc.com with a description of the problem.

There are two ways to exchange your item:

-Option 1: If you want to receive the exchanged item as quickly as possible, you can place a new order and we will ship it. When the returned item arrives, we will issue an appropriate refund for that order.

(We recommend option 1 as this method ensures that the item you want to exchange does not sell out or need to be reordered while your return is in transit.)

-Option 2: Let us know which size/color/item you would like to exchange. We will mark your order accordingly. Once the item to be exchanged arrives at our facility and has been inspected, we will ship the exchange.
